American Pancakes
Breakfast, snack or dessert? – it doesn’t matter they taste amazing
It will make 14 pancakes
Ingredients:
125 grams flour
240 grams milk
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
Butter for cooking
How to:
Add flour, sugar, vanilla (if it is powder, if it is a liquid put it in with the eggs), baking powder and salt, to a bowl and whisk it together. Now add the egg, milk and vegetable oil, to the flour mixture. Whisk until smooth with no clumps.
Heat up a pan on medium heat (adjust if it gets too hot or if the pancakes don’t get color)
You can make the pancakes in any shape and sizes you want; I use approximately ¼- ½ dl for one pancake. Add a little bit of butter to the pan, then add the dough to the pan. Turn the pancake when air bobbles starts to form on the pancake. Now repeat until there is no dough left. Remember to add butter, every or every other pancake you make.
TIP: add chocolate, blueberries ect. When a scoop of dough is on the pan.
