Turkish Pide
You can make it your own, you choose the filling
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, finely chopped
400 grams minced beef (you can add any meat you want or make it vegetarian)
½ green bell pepper, finely diced* optional
70 grams tomato puree
150 grams shredded mozzarella
150 grams feta
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 store bought pizza dough
Oil for cooking
How to:

Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius / 350 degrees
Heat the oil in a pan and stir in the onions and peppers. Sauté the onions and peppers for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, until they start to soften. Put the minced beef in the pan and cook till it is almost done. Now add the tomato puree, salt and pepper.
Now mix the feta and mozzarella in a bowl. The topping is ready.
Line a large baking tray with baking paper
Take the store-bought dough and slice it into rectangles how many and big as you want. Place them on the tray.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough and do the same for the meat mixture on top of the cheese mixture, leaving 2 cm at the edges as a border with no filling (it is easier to spread the filling while the dough is in the tray).
Fold in the sides to act as border to keep the filling intact. Then twist the 2 ends so it looks like a braid and tuck the end under itself. Do this to both ends.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until the pides are golden brown and crispy at the edges.
Once cool, cut into slices and serve.
