Banana bread
Great way to use the very ripped bananas
Ingredients:
250 grams Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
225 grams sugar
120 grams vegetable oil
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
3 bananas, mashed
100 grams Chocolate *optional
How to:
Preheat the oven to 165 Celsius or 350 degrees
Add flour, baking soda and salt to a bowl whisk it until it’s combined. Add egg, sugar and oil and stir till it’s all combined, it will be thick.
Now add milk, vanilla and the mashed bananas and stir until it is all combined.
Chop up the chocolate and add to the mixture. Then add it to a loaf pan. Bake it in the oven for 45-75 minutes, check regularly, until the knife comes out clean.
TIP: add nuts for some crunch, walnuts are very good in this recipe
