Tarte Flambée

It is easy, and you can make it your own 

Ingredients:

​

1 store-bought pizza dough 

200 grams cream cheese 

150 grams shredded mozzarella 

1 onion (yellow for a little sharper taste, red for a mild taste)

4-5 medium potatoes, sliced very thinly 

125 grams bacon, diced

Salt and pepper 

 

How to: 

​

Preheat the oven to 200C/390F

Cook the bacon on a pan on medium to high heat if you want your bacon crispy (or add it raw)

​

Roll out the store-bought pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese on all the dough. Then sprinkle the mozzarella to the dough. Now slice the potatoes and onion thinly, and add them to the dough. At last add the bacon, salt and pepper. 

 

Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
