40 grams corn starch
60 grams vegetable oil

2 t cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or more to taste
180 grams low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
60 grams low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
How to:
Heat a pan on high with the oil.
Cut your chicken breast into cubes however big you want, bigger piece takes longer an d vice versa. Put the cut chicken in a Ziplock bag with the 40 grams of corn starch. Then close the bag and shake, until all the chicken is covered with corn starch. Now put them in the hot pan until they are cooked through and golden.
Now in a bowl mix chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, red pepper flakes and corn starch.
When the chicken is done, turn the heat down to medium. Put the finished chicken in a bowl. Now take the garlic, let it toast a bit, then add the sauce mixture to the pan. Let the sauce thicken, this takes about 8-10 minutes, turn the heat up for faster thickening, remember to keep an eye on it. When the sauce has thickened add back the chicken, marinade the chicken in the sauce. Then it is ready to serve.
TIP: goes well with rice.
