Tzaziki
Fresh and good with many types of foods
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
380 grams Greek yoghurt
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon dill
Lemon
Salt and pepper
How to
Grate the cucumber on a grater. Take a bowl then place a dishtowel over it. Now come the grated cucumber in the dishtowel with a little bit of salt. Squish the juice out in the bowl. Empty the bowl, then place the dried cucumber in the bowl.
Now add the Greek yoghurt, the minced garlic and dill. Stir until combined. Add lemon, salt and pepper if needed.
