Pickles
Cucumber pickles, can be used for almost anything
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 dl stock vinegar
75 g sugar
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 dl boiling water
How to:
In a pot boil the water stir sugar and salt into the pot of the boiling water. When the sugar has dissolved lower the heat to low. Then add vinegar and peppercorns.
Cut the cucumber into very thin slices, put the slices in a clean scalded glass and pour the vinegar layer over. Let it draw in min. 30 minutes and preferably longer.
