Elote 

This is a great side dish in the summer heat 

Ingredients 

 

4 corn on the cob 

60 grams sour cream 

60 grams mayonnaise 

1 cloves of garlic, minced 

½ Chili powder

½ paprika 

40 grams cilantro, chopped* optional 

60 grams cotija cheese (parmesan can be used instead)

1 Lime, zest and juice * optional 

 

How to: 

Shock in the corn (peel the corn), grill corn on the cub for about 10 minutes.

 

In bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Chili powder, paprika, chopped cilantro and lime. 

 

Brush on the mixture to the grilled corn, then at last sprinkle the cotija cheese or parmesan over it and serve.
